CCR 2 - How will My Product Engage with Audiences

My product will engage with audiences by looking original. A lot of magazines are usually in color but my magazine will be in black and white allowing for the font to stand out more. I have looked up some other magazines similar to my genre and this is what I've found. Some magazines such as National Geographic which is very well known, they host gatherings every so often to draw in people who will enjoy their work and subscribe to them. During this time, they show short films, talk about what they do, and see if anyone has questions while keeping it fun and enjoyable while transitioning from one event to the next. Another thing that some big magazines do is that they have museums and tours. Now my magazine company if it were to become a reality probably will not become this popular but it is a good way to gather attention. The museums can be a visual representation of what some things are they cover in their magazines. Another was social media apps such as Instagram. For instance, EatingWell Magazine has an Instagram and it is a great way to gain a lot of followers. Especially fitness magazines such as this one because a lot of young people are on Instagram trying to get their "summer bodies" early and stay in shape.  I want to use social media as a way to market my product. There are all kinds of people on social media so marketing on there would be very clever. So many people would be able to see which would really get my magazine out there. The more people see the more chances my magazine has at becoming popular. Also by using social media, your magazine can be seen all around the world.
